The Pet package service is our flagship service, and the reason for establishing the Pets Travel Israel organization, and its goal is to check and coordinate the entire flight procedure in a direct and focused manner according to the animal's details and existing vaccination status, what are the requirements that must be met at all stages of the preliminary procedure - during transit and in flight - and landing at the destination safely.
The purpose of the service is to assist those who wish to fly with animals without experience or understanding in the field the guide what needs to be done at each stage in all aspects in a detailed and easy-to-understand manner, to perform the tasks locally, inexpensive, and safe manner for the animals, to prevent mistakes due to unofficial and not up-to-date information (blogs, Facebook groups, personal veterinarians, and even district veterinarians), which can lead to excessive expenses, last-minute malfunctions, quarantine of the animals, and even death in special cases.
How does it work?
After selecting the destination, purchasing the service, and sending the necessary details, we will forward the animal details and payment for inspection to all the various parties involved in the flight (a district doctor in Israel to check import/export procedures, the Ministry of Agriculture in the country of destination/origin to check import/export procedures, and a cargo representative to coordinate a cage and proper flight route for pets), and then we will collect the information and provide you with a custom guide organized by dates with full details of what needs to be done at each stage of the preliminary procedure and the flight itself.
We will provide you with forms and instructions arranged by date on what to do with your personal veterinarian in stages regarding the vaccinations and permits required, and we will coordinate a flight cage depending on the dimensions of the animals and the relevant flight routes, and comprehensive training on equipping and accustoming the animals to the flight cage for a positive flight experience for them.
In addition, we will review an Pet-friendly flight route with an isolated area in the belly of the plane for animals with oxygen regulation, heating/cooling, and control/flight in the passenger cabin with an emphasis on positive flight experiences for the animals and you, and our support throughout the journey for questions, requests, and line adjustments if necessary.
